Lake of Fire Daylily is a re-blooming perennial with arching grass-like deep green foliage. The huge ruffled apricot orange flowers with a wide red orange eye and edging are lined with a thin gold margin. It blooms heavily in mid summer and has a lighter bloom from late summer into fall. Flowers attract butterflies and pollinators. Best bloom in deep rich well-drained soils. Drought and salt tolerant once established.
