Anna’s Red Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery dark green basal foliage that emerges marbled with cream veining that matures to bright emerald green veining by summer. Clusters of rich burgundy flowers on red stems bloom from late winter into early spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
