KENNEDY’S TIPS ON BEING PRO-POLLINATOR
Showing all 27 results
Did you know that one of every three bites of your food is made possible by pollinators like birds, bees, bats, butterflies, insects and even small mammals? These tiny but mighty creatures support healthy ecosystems that grow food and pretty native plants, clean the air, stabilize soil, protect from severe weather and support other wildlife.
Kennedy’s is proud to partner and collaborate with a new Massachusetts program called Growing Wild with Pollinators. We are one of several participating garden centers that are helping promote pollinator health in our state. As always we have lots of pollinator plants and native plants for sale. While supplies last, we have some kits that include 2 free pollinator plants, wildflower seed packs and lawn signs that help promote pollinator pride. There is also a place to register your yard and town so we can light up our state map with every town participating in making sure our state is pollinator friendly.
Also next trip in, bee sure to check out our pair of new custom beehive boxes and healthy crop of honeybees that are pollinating all of the plants in Greenbush!
